GB/T5836的本部分规定了建筑排水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管件（以下简称“管件”）的术语、定义和符号、材料、产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、运输和贮存。
本部分适用于以聚氯乙烯(PVC)树脂为主要原料，经注塑成型的建筑物内排水系统用管件。在考虑了材料的耐化学性和耐热性满足使用要求的情况下，也可用于工业排水用管件。
本部分规定的管件与GB/T5836.1一2018规定的管材配套使用。
This part of GB/T5836 specifies the terms, definitions and symbols, materials, product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, transportation and storage of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) fittings for building drainage (hereinafter referred to as "fittings").
This section applies to fittings for drainage systems inside buildings that are mainly made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and have been injection molded. It can also be used for industrial drainage pipe fittings, taking into account the chemical and heat resistance of the material to meet usage requirements.
